Change of use of existing residential flat to HMO

Another interesting planning application has landed on our doorstep here in Fort William! This one's for a change of use at 50 High Street, turning a residential flat into a House in Multiple Occupation. It's currently under consideration by the council, so we'll be keeping an eye on this one for our High Street community.
